Our key people: Bill Ritchie

Bill Ritchie holds a Masters degree in agricultural engineering and a Bachelors degree in agricultural science.
He has been second-in-command of the CROSS SLOT® development team since 1979, bringing vital strategic security to all matters.
He was the foundation Manager of the Massey University Agricultural Machinery Research Centre and directed a commercially robust no-tillage contracting (custom drilling) service for 10 years.
He has published widely on the topic, co-authored three books, and spoken at several international no-tillage conferences, often as guest speaker.
He has become an acknowledged authority on the application of no-tillage and is particularly sought after for his knowledge on management and systems-application, based on the capabilities of advanced no-tillage systems.
He has particular skills in management, marketing, technology transfer and consulting.
